I Believe
I believe that each of us is connected to the other and that we must use our gifts and talents to the betterment of society and our social network. My talent is a passion for proper government accounting and a persistent belief that there is a better way to do things. Because of these two facets of my talent I have worked diligently to improve each area that I have worked in and my success is in the fact that the systems that I put in place are still in use today but that’s not enough.
In the 1990s we had some difficult times and we adjusted how we approached services and changed things for the better. Now some ten years later we need to look again. I believe there are procedures that are ten years old or older that need revision. I believe there are processes that are being used that are inefficient and ineffective. I believe that with my talent and your vote we can make our government function better for each of us. I believe that we can make Riverside County the most responsive local government with the best informed populace. I believe that we can make small changes to save big bucks!
